My husband and I had a very positive experience purchasing a trailer for our ATVs at the Phoenix RideNow location. We worked with Max, Trevor and Matt to purchase the trailer and an ATV for our son. The ATV purchase was not planned, but Matt helped us with a fair deal. I had an unusual breaking noise problem with the 2012 can am RS. Especially in reverse.The tech rep., the servicer manager , and the customer rep ( Sarah) were all very helpful.I really love my can am, (as does my wife an sister-in-law), and am glad I use Ride Now of Cave Creek, Phoenix as my service dealership! If you are having a breaking system squealing noise on your can am (when in reverse), listen to what they tell you, and feel free to ask to speak to me.ken

Had to leave a comment about our experience at Ride Now Phoenix/Cave Creek. We had been to 2 other Ride Now dealerships. This dealership in Phoenix is pretty far from our house and there is one literally down the street who was not willing to help us out, like if we were wasting their time. We call and I speak with Manager in Sales Richard and he told us come on over no hesitation and they were ready to close in like 30minutes from our arrival. He stayed helped us out, we came back to pick up our unit went over everything with us called us back after we came back from the Sand Dunes to make sure everything went well. WOW, that is customer service and maybe the other RideNow's should talk to Richard. We didn't buy a $30,000 unit but he sure made us feel like we did, thanks to Richard and I can't remember the name of the Finance Manager but both of them were very pleasant to deal with and made our deal happen. GOOD JOB

I am very pleased with the level of service by all staff, the salesperson, the sales manager, the finance manager, and of course, the motorcycle. When the fact that I was purchasing from out of state may have been a problem the sales manager Nick stepped in and together with finance dept. made the sale happen, also assisted with insurance, and personally made sure motorcycle was more than ready for the road regardless of the fact that it was preowned. While at dealership I also witnessed interaction with other customers and feel I would definitely contact ridenow for my next motorcycle purchase.

Went in to look at their used motorcycle inventory. Met with John. John asked about my experience and suggested a good used bike, a 2009 Yamaha Vstar 950. Was able to get this nice bike at the price I wanted. John and finance department went above and beyond to make this happen. Picked up a few riding accessories, a bike cover, and next are some crash/highway bars. Thank you!!!

Yesterday, I purchased a 2006 Yamaha Rhino from a private party. It was in good shape, but with no manual. I was unfamiliar with the UTV, but still able to do most work on it myself. For starters, I wanted to replace the fluids in the Rhino, as well as go through it to check it for any problems. I went to Ride Now @ 17202 N Cave Creek Rd in Phx and spoke to Guy Deatherage. I told him what I had purchased and what I wanted to do. Guy was very knowledgeable of the Rhinos, as well as maintenance & things to watch out for. He set me up with the fluids I needed. He educated me on some basic, but important information of the vehicle. He gave me maintenance tips to help prolong the life of my new-used joy-toy ride. I drilled him with quite a few questions. He answered every one with patience and knowledge. He gave me tips on how to replace certain parts, and other parts to check, as to prevent possible future problems. I left with the products I needed, plus some.

Upon returning home and the completion of my Rhino check-up, I found a few things that need attention, and/or will need closer attention soon. I will return to Ride Now on Cave Creek Rd when that time comes. They have the tech support I need, and the supplies to keep my ride going. Although I did leave Ride Now with more products than I came in for, I also received the knowledge and education from Guy to help me maintain my Rhino. And that will save me future money and time. Thanks Guy. I hope you get a brownie point for this. I believe you deserve one.

I recently just purchased the Polaris RZR 1000 XP4 from this location in Cave Creek. I received a very professional experiance and couldn't be happier with the transaction. We were limited on time and the sales rep Joe and Nick went above and beyond to make sure that all of our questions were answered with no pressure in buying. I really felt that they wanted to see me in the vehicle as much as I did on my terms. Once the negotiating was complete they offered us great prices on accessories, and assisted in getting us financed for the monthly amount we were able to afford. FYI - I am a seasoned rider and have been going to Glamis for 10 years, I was blown away by what this unit offers. It dunes like a quad with the comfort of a rail. This machine is the Truth! I could have bought it anywhere but truly happy that I bought it from honest and Patient sales reps from the Cave Creek location. i have to say the ranger xp 900 is the best machine for the money,i've test drove them all.from the rino to the john dear,honda,even the older polaris,i own the ranger efi,eps xp 900 2013 ranger an its been the best machine i've ever driven,im very happy with my purchase,also have to say that the service you get when your at dealership is better than the service i've ever recieved at any dealership even the car an truck deals.when i bought my ranger i was on my way too buy a brand new truck an stop an look at some of the polaris's ,i was hooked.now im a proud owner of my polaris ranger,

My son recently bought a Harley Sportster from the Cave Creek store and the experience was fantastic. Everyone was very nice in assisting me with my purchase of a new Can Am Spyder RT. I am a shopper and comparer of prices and I felt that Ride Now of Phoenix gave me a very good price.
